Body Corporate By-Laws
As an apartment complex is community living, there are Body Corporate By-Laws applicable to Mosaic Apartments. The Body Corporate By-laws form part of the tenancy agreement and it is a requirement all residents are provided and a copy.

It is a requirement for all proposed occupants to complete an individual Tenancy Application. We aim to have applications processed within a 48 hour period, subject to all referees being contactable and owner approval.
Pet Approval Application
In accordance with the Body Corporate By-Laws for Mosaic, pets must be approved by the Body Corporate, then subject to Lessor approval. Only domesticated, house-trained pets will be considered. Please complete the form below and return to our leasing team.
